Nest # 10 status and archive, 2013-14

This 6 year old male wears the band #5000. He built his nest in the Hilton breeding group on a slight slope near the pathway to the ocean. There are some rocks around, and many other nests to help fend off the Skuas. When we arrived on Nov 30, there were already 2 eggs on the nest, we hope he can hatch these eggs and raise healthy chicks. These birds have been named by Vanessa Navis class in Cedar Grove WI. The female is Madison and the male is Tacky.
